GlenOak “Week-Ender” Tournament Series

Two hour time limit

Run rules / 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 10 after 5

Umpires will be paid by us

Game balls provided by us

YOUR TEAMS must chase foul balls during your games

EH and DH can be used. You can roster bat if you like

No fake third to first moves by the pitcher. 

All games to be played at Gilhousen Field located at Oakwood Middle School. Batting cages are open and available for all teams to use. GlenOak’s home dugout for every game is the 3rd base dugout.

Coin Flip or RPS (Rock, Paper Scissors) to determine home team.
Trophy to be given to the team with the best record out of five games. Tie breakers are head to head matchups then RA.  Any questions, please contact Sean Broom – (330) 309-5136 

Sponsored by the GlenOak Diamond Club, the GlenOak Week-Ender tournaments are four, six team round robin style, 18U baseball tournaments that will be played at Joe Gilhousen Field (Varsity Field Home of the GlenOak HS Golden Eagles – Lights allow ability to play night games and location has a full concession stand and restrooms) in Canton, Ohio. 

Tournament dates are as follows:

June 2nd – 4th

June 23rd – 25th

July 7th – 9th

July 14th – 16th

Cost is $500 per team and includes all umpire fees and baseballs to be used. Five games guaranteed. Teams will play a doubleheader Friday, doubleheader Saturday and a single game on Sunday. Refunds will be given for rainouts / games cancelled.  A team trophy will be given to the winner of each round robin event.
